From M65 J4:

Exit M65 at J4 (Darwen Services)

Take turning off roundabout SP ‘Lower Darwen’

Proceed to mini-roundabout then turn R (Lower Eccleshill Road)

Go under motorway bridge then approx. 1/3 mile  (as road starts to climb hill) look for Apex Trading Estate on the left (formerly East Lancashire Warehousing). There is a small yellow sign by roadside which says ‘Containerised storage available’.
